INGREDIENTS

• 2 oz. Wild Leap Vodka
• 1 oz. Créme de Cacao
• 4 Raspberries
• 1.5 Oz. Half-and-Half
• 1 Mint Leaf

DIRECTIONS

Combine all the ingredients in a shaker tin. Shake aggressively for 30 seconds so the raspberries are broken up well. Strain mixed ingredients into a chocolate syrup-rimmed martini or cocktail glass.

HOW TO SERVE

• Martini or Cocktail glass
• Garnish with a Valentine’s day chocolate and slapped mint leaf
